Opened in 2016, this three-hectare park in the Careggi area was named after Don Renzo Forconi ( the President of Opera Diocesana di Assistenza for forty years). The park includes a dog area, a large free car park and many picnic tables with bench seating. The park has been chosen to house the “bosco della memoria”, a wood planted with 525 cypress and olive trees dedicated to the victims of the Covid pandemic.
