Sant'Ambrogio Market

The covered Sant’Ambrogio Market is the oldest of its kind in Florence, founded in 1873, a year before the one in San Lorenzo. Inside there are food shops where you can find fresh products, such as fruit, vegetables, meat, fish and cheese, as well as delicatessens where you can taste all the citys specialties. Outside, on the other hand, the district market takes place from Monday to Saturday.
