Running, cycling or a simple walk. The Cascine Park urban trekking trail, which connects Ponte alla Vittoria bridge with Ponte all’Indiano, passing through the most attractive areas of the park, is suitable for everyone, from the fittest to the elderly, the ground being flat with no fewer than 12 rest areas. The 3km trail, there and back, can become 8km if you continue on to Argingrosso Park, and from there to Renai Park, then on to Signa and the Arno Valley. The Cascine trail includes the square with Palazzina Reale (housing the Agronomy Faculty), the Pyramid, the Pavoniere garden, the Quercione meadow, Visarno hippodrome, the Ampitheatre and the monument to the Indian prince.
