Decidedly a children's paradise. The public park around Villa Vogel, which houses District 4 offices, in via delle Torri, is a succession of slightly undulating grassy areas, paths, large areas with playground equipment for 0 to 6 and 6 - 12 year olds, and a roller skating rink. Particularly appealing to little ones is the 'castle', complete with hatches, secret slides, and even binoculars. The villa, the tower-house of Capponi family in the Middle Ages, became the property of the Swiss Vogel family in the 1920s, who donated it to the City Council in the 1980s.
