In memory of the young captain of the Fiorentina football team who died in 2018, the City of Florence commissioned a mural which portrays him smiling and wearing the team’s purple jersey. This 240-square-meter wall painting is the work of Giulio Rosk, a Sicilian street artist who created also the famous mural portraying Giovanni Falcone and Paolo Borsellino in Palermo.
