Church of San Michele in Rovezzano is a church of medieval origin located in Rovezzano district. The earliest records of this church date back to the 12th century, but over time it has undergone numerous restorations and transformations, with the most substantial one dating back to 1840. The church has a simple gabled façade and a cosy interior with valuable works of art, such as Maestà or Madonna Enthroned with Angels by Maestro della Maddalena, St.Michael in polychrome terracotta by the workshop of the sculptor Giovanni della Robbia.
