A modern building (completed in 1960) whose sober stone-clad facade is nevertheless impressive. Climb the stairs and enter the building through one of the three doorways. Soak up the delightful atmosphere of the spacious, light-filled interior and admire the Byzantine-style mosaic crucifix by the artist Mario Pagliardini (behind the main altar) and the delicate ceramic Madonna and Child by Angelo Biancini.
