Palazzo Pazzi, also known as Palazzo della Congiura, represents one of the greatest examples of Renaissance civil architecture in the city of Florence. Built between 1458 and 1469 by the architect Giuliano da Maiano for the Pazzi family, it became famous for the conspiracy organised by the Pazzi family against the Medici, which led to the assassination of Giuliano, Lorenzo the Magnificent's brother, in the Duomo.
