Giardino di Palazzo Pandolfini is a 15th-century palace was designed in 1514 by Raphael Sanzio and decorated with statues, fountains, water features and numerous types of flowers and plants. The Italian-style garden structure was turned upside down in the nineteenth century, when Eleonora Pandolfini gave the garden an English layout and she had a greenhouse built where to shelter ornamental plants in winter.
